U.S. Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS P within 1-2 business days of your order date.  As soon as your order ships, you will receive an emailed shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Not In Love With Your Purchase?
We’ll gladly issue a store credit (14 DAYS) for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached. Carefully read our policy below. All requests for store credit must be submitted via our website and approved prior to shipment. 

STORE CREDIT may be offered within 14 days of your order date and you will be issued store credit for the cost of your item(s).

After you have completed your request for return store credit, you will receive follow-up via email when your submission has been reviewed. 

Once your store credit  is approved, processed, and received we will notify you via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your store credit

*Merchandise must be postmarked for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of order date of all US orders.
*Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed + free of any damage.
*Merchandise must have all tags (if applicable) including any Vendor hangtags, attached.
*Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
*Sale items,  shoes, handbags, home goods, candles, hair accessories, undergarments, intimates, bralettes, belts, jewelry and bodysuits cannot be returned.
*Any purchases made using a discount code at checkout are final sale, and can not be returned or exchanged. 
*Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, or sent without approval will be rejected and RETURNED TO SENDER.
*We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
*You will be responsible for shipping charges to return item back for store credit.

DAMAGES

*Any damages to an unworn item must be communicated to us within 72 hours of delivery via EMAIL. 
*The item must be unaltered and the damage must be in the original condition sent.  Any attempts at altering or cleaning the item will make it void of any returns / exchanges.  
*Once an return authorization is processed, you must return the merchandise within the 14 days from order date to receive store credit for the item. Please note if an item purchased is a FINAL SALE item, the item will be replaced.  If the item cannot be replaced a store credit will be issued.
Items worn are void of all returns/refunds and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
